Fredericksburg, TX-area (2 hr. west of Austin on US Hwy. 290):

on-air radio coverage by Connie@ThePicayune.com for the Willow City Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department will sponsor the annual, pet rabies- vaccination clinic in Willow City .

The event will be held at the Willow City Fire Station, located at 2553 Ranch Road 1323, between the hours of 2 to 4 p.m.  The Station will be set up for a drive-thru clinic, which will allow pets to be treated from the owners’ vehicles.  Vaccinations will be administered by Hill Country Veterinary Clinic veterinarians.

Cost will be $8 per rabies shot.

Other vaccinations will be available upon request (at normal costs), including for dogs:  DHLPPC (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus, parainfluenza), Lyme disease, Rattlesnake, Kennel Cough (Oral), Deworm; & for cats:  FELV/FVRCP (feline leukemia, feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus infection, panleukopenia), Deworm.

Annual rabies clinics throughout Gillespie County support the regular canine & feline vaccinations & have contributed both to the health of dogs & cats & to the public health.

So, round up the cats & dogs on Saturday & come to Willow City.  All pet owners are invited to “Love your Pet & Give it a Valentine” vaccination in Willow City on February 13.
