The College Board’s College & Career Readiness Pathways is a series of integrated assessments that measure a student’s college & career readiness from the eighth through 12th grades. When these assessments — ReadiStep™ (middle grades), PSAT/NMSQT (grades 10 & 11) & SAT® (grades 11 and 12) — are used as a comprehensive solution, they systematically & progressively measure the reading, writing & mathematical knowledge & skills that are critical for success in college & careers. The Excon-Vention: Sat., Nov. 8, 1p-5p at Lakeridge Methodist Family Ministry Center, 4701 82nd, Lubbock. The Excon-Vention promises to be a fun, entertaining, & free educational conference. We invite those interested in learning more about & participating in prison-related ministries; especially those formerly incarcerated, their families, & current prison ministry participants. We will have worship music, testimonies, refreshments, door prizes, speeches by local officials & others. There will be ministry booths set up to allow participants to gather information. We encourage prison-related ministries to come, distribute & gather information.
